This service is provided in the form of customer’s project supervision according to agreed requirements specification. The personal technical support assumes the assistance of AdAstrA’s engineers inn the user’s project development in agreed volumes. If necessary, this kind of technical support assumes on-site service, engineering of new program components, I/O drivers, etc.
The personal technical support includes the following options:
- consulting for the customer’s control system architecture, the assistance in equipment and software selection;
- consulting for the IT system architecture;
- training of customer’s engineers at the TRACE MODE Authorised Training Centre with awarding the qualification of “Certified Engineer”;
- project supervision;
- on-site support;
- special software engineering (drivers, ActiveX, utilities, applications, etc.);
